I wouldn’t be so bold as to suggest that the systems people use to better their memory are wrong and never work. However, it is important to accept such suggestions from people like Leitch so you don’t find yourself relying on these systems. In my opinion, and the opinion of anyone using a GTD-like system, is that you can never really rely on your memory and should do your best to develop a few habits so you don’t get caught out.
